GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Variety/Type :
Basically there are 2 types of varieties available in India:
Alphonso: Reddish Pink in Colour fully flesh with High brix.
Kesar: Orange red thick with no fibre fully flesh with High brix.
Location : All these mangoes are grown in our own farm near Bhigwan which is 100 km east of major west Indian City of Pune.
 
Marketing Period : For Alphonsa - March to June
For Kesar - May to July
Brand : SB
Customers : Various buyers
Intended use : For fresh market.

HANDLING REQUIREMENTS:

Pulp temperature :
1 to 3 degree centigrade
Treatment :
Treatment are high humidity pre-cooling and packed alongwith the sotto release paper.
Presentation :
Neatly packed in pouches (of various shape as Desired by the buyer).
Packaging :
The mangoes would be packed in cartons measuring 40 cm length x 30 cm breadth x 11 cm height made of 5 Ply corrugated paper cartons having proper ventilation. The bursting strength of the brix
would be 24 kg.
 
Internal &                   External:
It includes bubble sheet at the bottom and individual Mangoes wrapped in polystyrene netting with one More bubble sheet on the top. This type of packing Ensures proper and safe shipment of the mangoes Until it reach the destination.

The cartons would have an individual sticker, stamp bar code indicating the name of the supplier, net weight, gross weight and identification which would indicate the exact date, place and field number of the packing.

Other :
Temperature to be maintained from 12 to 14 degree centigrade. At all the time.
Transport
To be shipped in LD3 containers (control atmosphere containers can also be arranged as per the requirements). Shipment by air only.

PACKED PAPAYA

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Variety/Type :
Various Hybrid and open pollinated varieties of Carica All the varieties would have their origin in Solo species and Would have similar characteristics such as yellowish red flesh, Small sizes and delicious eating quality.
 
Location : The PAPAYA is grown in our own farm near Bhigwan which is 100 km of major West Indian City of Pune.
Marketing Period : All year around as per advance contract.
Brand : SB
Customers : CGC Japan
Intended use : For fresh market.


PAPAYA QUALITY:

Colour
Outer color would be mature green and flesh color would be
Orange – red after optimum maturity.

 

Head : Uniformed weighing 350 to 700 gm with Pyriform shape.
Maturity : Optimum as per the mode of transport and requirement of buyer.
Size : 6-8 Pieces per 4 Kg net carton
Shape : Pear shaped.

line and Packing the fruits with their stem end facing down..

Each carton would have have an individual sticker, , indicating the name of the supplier, net weight gross weight, number of pieces and identification number which would indicate the exact date, place and field number of the packing
All packaging would be stored in clean, dry, pest-free areas and off the ground (on pallets). When produce is packed in the field, packaging should be kept off the ground and the appropriate measures taken to ensure pest contamination
cannot occur.
 
Other : Temperature to be maintained from 12-14 degree
centigrade. At all the time.

 
Transport : To be shipped in 40 ft. refrigerated containers (control atmosphere containers can also be arranged as per the requirements). Three temperatures records will be placed at three different location in the container and the drawing supplied for identification checking at the place of opening of the container.
